Product Description

Toe Raise Machine - Plate Loaded - Toe raising (AKA Tibia flexion) works the Tibialis Anterior muscles (Shin Muscles). Built like a tank, pillow block ball bearings are mounted to a heavy square tubing frame for a commercial quality feel. The biomechanically correct rotating cradle properly matches the natural motion of the ankles as the motion progresses from start to finish. See first demonstration video below (16s). No more laying heavy plates on your toes risking injury! Can be used while standing or seated. Exercising in the seated position unloads the spine and prevents "cheating". This small unit takes care of one of the most neglected exercises in the gym. See 2nd demonstration video below (12s) .

Features:

  • Accepts 2" inside diameter Olympic plates only - 25lb plates or less.
  • The main pivot of the rotating cradle runs on whisper-smooth pillow block ball bearings and will never develop "play" or "slop" like bushings do
  • Weighs just 38lbs without plates so it is easily moved around if needed
  • Plate horns on each side are 7" long to accommodate plenty of weight, and it doesn't take much for most users as their Tibia flexion strength tends to be underdeveloped
  • Plates and collars are not included
  • 2" thick padding comforts feet pressure points during exercise
  • Heels are stabilized by a steel diamond deck platform
  • Small floor footprint won't take up much space (see dimensional diagram above)
  • Framework is powder-coated white for long lasting durability
  • Arrives fully assembled & ready to use right out of the box!
  • Ships UPS
  • Put this unit on your gym floor and add this important missing link in your leg training program!
