If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise (shipping prepaid by you) within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in brand new condition with original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns. The original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the order invoice to calculate your net refund. You must contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before returning merchandise for refund. All sales are final after 30 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns on custom made items such as belts made to order, guide rods cut to customer specifications, any modified items such as custom modified wt. stack pins, foam rollers, handle grips, and anything else custom modified to customer specifications. We do not accept returns on items specifically ordered to fulfill an order as per customer request, or any special order items.
