Hampton 35" Olympic Hammer curl/Trap Bar with Rotating Sleeves and Urethane Grips.

The Ultimate tricep bar! Smooth bronze-bushed rotating sleeves allows the sleeves to rotate freely during angular exercise motion. Urethane hand grips are molded to the chrome plated bar for an incredibly comfortable feel while exercising.

Unlike conventional tricep bars, one of the cross members is split in the middle and bent outwards at a 45 degree angle to allow an ergonomically correct grip for the anterior delt/trap raise movement.

Bar weight is 22 lbs.

The outside ends are fitted with rubber bumper end caps to help prevent damage in case the bar makes rough contact with flooring, windows, mirrors, etc...
