4" Outside Diameter Internal Snap-in End Cap - TEXTURED Matte Black Surface

This cap has rigid fins that will accommodate both 11 gauge or 14 gauge wall thicknesses (.120" to .075" wall thicknesses). The inside diameter of your round tube needs to be within range from 3.760" to 3.830" for best results.

The fit and finish is excellent with no visible injection molding nubs on exposed portion of cap. No extra flash to remove. A nicely made molding!

For best results: It is advised that all sharp burrs be removed from inside tube edges before installation.

Once these caps are installed, they will not be removed easily

If you find that your tube's inside diameter is slightly too small to install these caps, the outside ridges of the cap and be sanded down to accommodate the smaller tube ID.
