Use them between weight plates and collars (either fixed inside collars or removable outside collars) to help prevent noisy rattling

Can also be used between 1" regular plates and weight rack to act as a barrier

Will help keep collars tight on 1" barbells or 1" dumbbell handles

ID is 1" ID so they fit any 1" bar. They will even fit snug on slightly larger bars because they stretch.

Neoprene washers are extra thick at .200" thick

OD is 1-7/16" (after installation)

Neoprene is a tough, noise-dampening material that won't crack or crumble
