14" Spin-Lock Threaded Dumbbell Handles - (Sold Individually)

14" Spin-Lock Threaded Dumbbell Handles - (Sold Individually). Spin nuts are included. Quickly spin off lobed nuts to replace weight plates. Threads are very coarse so as to minimize the number of turns needed to spin nuts tight which allows quick build up or dismantling of various poundages.

Uses any standard 1" hole weight plates.

On each side of the handle, there is 2.75" of free length for which to load plate, and still have room to use spin lock collars to keep everything tight.

Fully chrome plated.

Knurled hand grip section for easy handling.

Price includes 1 handle and 2 spin-lock nuts.

NOTE: Our QuickLee collars will NOT work on these dumbbell handle.
