16" Spin-Lock Threaded Dumbbell Handles - (Sold Individually). Spin nuts are included. Quickly spin off lobed nuts to replace weight plates. Threads are very coarse so as to minimize the number of turns needed to spin nuts tight which allows quick build up or dismantling of various poundages.

Uses any standard 1" hole weight plates.

Each end of handle has a maximum of 3.75" of rack space to load plates and still have plenty of room to tighten the star lock collars. If you buy our 1" standard 10 lb plates, you can get a maximum of 80 lbs on one dumbbell handle (4 x 10lb plates on each end)
