Make your own Tricep ropes using this Forged One-Piece Cable Attachment Rope Swivel - Chrome Plated

You can buy rope at a local home improvement store and make custom cable attachment ropes up to 1" in diameter. Rope can be terminated by tying a knot. Large flat washers may be used as an option to support the heel of the hand.

This swivel can also be used to make custom steel cable attachments with a rotating swivel using a 1" OD steel bar with a little polishing on the inside of the swivel bore. Then install a pair of 1" ID shaft collars on both sides of swivel to fasten to the center of the bar.
