Great for rehabilitation where small increments are desired, or use our ankle and wrist weights to add resistance for jogging, running, walking, aerobics, and rehabilitation. Excellent way to tone muscles and burn calories! Each nylon cuff evenly distributes 1/2 lb weights around the wrist or ankle, secured by a fully adjustable Velcro enclosure. Using Velcro, you decide how snug or loose of a fit you want. Includes one pair of 3 lb ankle/wrist weights for a total of 6 lbs (12 weight elements that weigh 1/2 lb each).
