These are the same grips typically used on exercise equipment handle bars to provide a non-slip surface with a soft touch. This 21" long grip is the absolute longest we offer in grips with one end closed off. Using rubbing alcohol as a lubricant, you can easily slide these onto longer 1" bars - even if there are twists and turns, which are often found on hand rails and stabilization bars on cardio equipment, and other types of equipment.
