Snap Link Hook with Safety Screw - 10 mm x 4" Long - Zinc Plated Steel

These are much much safer than standard snap links or "S" hooks - which may accidentally hook the nose, mouth, or eyes when performing tricep press downs and other exercises whereby the hook passes sensitive body parts. Also, prevents dangerous fly-away cable attachments when a user accidentally loses their grip under resistance.

The knurled nut may be screwed extra tight using pliers or vise-grips to keep certain cable attachments connected semi-permanently to a given machine station, so as to require the same tools to remove and therefore resisting finger and thumb pressure to remove.
