Flanged Nylon Bushings 1" ID x 1.5 OD x 1.75" L - 6/6 Nylon - Natural Color

These are very common in exercise equipment applications where 1" diameter round stock is employed as a rotating or sliding shaft. The 1.020" ID makes a nice slip fit for mechanisms required a nylon bearing surface. These may be machined to suit your application, or used as is.

The OD is 1.498" actual size, so the bushing my be installed into a nominal 1.5" diameter hole with a fairly close-tolerance fit. Or, they may be installed into a machined bore that is sized for an interference fit.
